Technical Strength

FJTK has a design and R&D team with 40 people. The design team has rich experience and outstanding ability for steel structure design, joint design and shop drawing. The annual output for drawing is 120,000tons which can not only meets the demands of company but also can deal with the external design work.

The design team has the ability to design the steel structure of plant and frame and the engineers are proficient in PKPM software, Staod Pro, 3D3S software and can deal with the basic design and shop drawing based on the requirements of designing institution. Then according to the blue print provided by designing institution,the design team can conduct joint secondary design and providing whole calculation book and joint detail for the GB,ASTM and European standard. Finally, the design team use Tekla to build 3D model, convert into erection and shop drawing and export production data by self-development system to complete the whole work.
