Founded in Jan.1998, Fujian Tung Kang Steel Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Fujian Toko Steel Co., Ltd.) is the wholly owned subsidiary of Tung Ho Steel Enterprise Corp. Fujian Tung Kang(hereafter shorted as FJTK) with the "Quality First, Client -oriented, Cost Effective" concept who can provide all-round services including engineering design, material supply, steel structure fabrication, painting& galvanizing and installation and etc. In order to provide better services, reduce transportation costs and meet the project schedule, FJTK has established Jiangsu Workshop, Zhangzhou Workshop and Anhui Workshop successively to expand the coverage of industries, achieve 30,000 tons per year comprehensive production capacity and offer the products with the beautiful appearance and high quality. FJTK has a strong talent team leaded by 1 doctor of engineering and 32 staffs with a bachelor degree or above. Besides, FJTK has 5 level-one constructors, 10 associate constructors and 15 staffs who have the certification of eight key technological post in construction industry. Staffs of FJTK are all qualified, experienced and specialized in the steel structure fields of industrial and civil construction, building engineering, petrochemical and so on. The work scope they provided covers engineering consultancy, engineering design, steel structure fabrication as well as installation. They know how to cooperate with the equipment installation, electrical instrument installation and civil construction unit in engineering construction site. Moreover, the parent company Tung Ho has established many subsidiaries at home and abroad that can provide technical and engineering support to each another.

 

FJTK can provide different kinds of design standard for clients to choose.For the project which adopted foreign standard, FJTK can provide SAP2000、STAAD－Ⅲ/Pro, and for project which adopted GB standard FJTK can provide PKPM and 3D3S.

 

FJTK purchases raw material from domestic large-scale steel mills, but for the requirement of special materials, FJTK also has incomparable advantages. Parent company Tung Ho Steel Group has 4million tons per year electric arc oven steel mill which can provide hot rolled H sections of ASTM, JIS or Chinese GB codes. Besides, Tung Ho has a large stock of H sections of all sizes which can provide raw materials for project immediately and ensure the project schedule.

 

FJTK is in possession of advanced high precision process equipment and strict quality management system which ensure high quality of products. FJTK is equipped with independent R&D BOM system through which the processing of steel can be done automatically. 

Moreover, FJTK has advanced completely imported shot blasting machine with twelve steel balls so that de-rusting and painting quality is highly guaranteed and service life period for structure is greatly extended.
